The watchdog group that barked its head off over "Gossip Girl" has put out a warning about the CW's newest water cooler show, "90210." Saying the network will "stoop to any level in a rather desperate attempt to build buzz," the Parents Television Council wants advertisers to steer clear, despite the fact that no one (no one!) has seen the show.
