I think someone better check the author's belly measurement. . . he keeps repeating himself. . .

Honestly, this "conclusion" is quite a leap. Did they measure anything else, such as the person's activity level, which might reduce the belly AND get some blood (and oxygen) to the brain??? Why not just come to the conclusion that when you look for correlations to come to conclusions about, you WILL find them, whether or not they have anything to do with each other. That's like saying having dark brown eyes makes you more susceptible to Sickle Cell Anemia. Sheesh. What next?

if you listen to doctors you will be sick. my hubby and i are both 65 and never been on any meds .

The key here is the Stress Hormone Cortisol !!!!!!!!!! The reason for the differences and why it is so hard to figure it out is because of how each body deals with Cortisol/Stress. That is where you will find the answeres !! Your Welcome !!!!!!!
